U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) - Recall of 7 Daze “nicotine” e-liquid glass products

7 Daze MFG has always been leading the industry in providing world class e-liquid nicotine products. The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) stated that glass bottles containing nicotine e-liquid does not contain a flow regulator. While we disagree with the CPSC on flow restrictor bottles and have been working with them extensively, we are taking an active approach and issuing a voluntary recall.

Summary:

Recall Date: October 3rd, 2019

Issue: Lack of flow restrictor. Nicotine containing products may not dispense more than 2mL when inverted or squeezed.

Safety incidents Reported: None.

Products affected: Nicotine e-liquid “glass” products. Only applicable to products purchased in the last 12 months. Products carry a 12 month expiration date and expired products should be discarded using standards set by 40 CFR Part 266 Subpart P.

Distributors and retailers may obtain replacement products with flow restrictors directly from 7 Daze.
