Q: Are returns free?

A: Yes, all returns and exchanges to 7 Daze MFG are free of charge! Contact us with your details and we'll have a shipping label for you ready to print!

Q: If I opened my bottle of Reds, can still receive a refund?

A: Unfortunately, due to health, safety and sanitary concerns, we cannot accept returns of opened or tampered bottles of e-liquid.

Q: I received the correct item(s) I ordered, but I don't want them anymore. Can I still get a refund?

A: Absolutely you can. Please contact us and we'll get everything sorted out and prepare you for a return.

Q: I purchased Reds from another store. Can I still get a refund/exchange from 7DAZEMFG.com?

A: We cannot provide you with a replacement if your item(s) were purchased from a third-party vendor. Please contact your store for their return policies.

Q: Where can I find my batch code?

A: Batch codes can be found on the underside of each bottle of Reds along with the expiration date (ex: B1234).
