Due to regulations, we are unable to process or ship any orders to the states of Utah, New Jersey, New York, Arkansas, Massachusetts, Montana, Rhode Island, and Vermont at this time.

Shipping times.

Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of being placed. We strive for the fastest processing times and most orders placed before 2PM PST will go out the same day.

All orders are shipped with USPS Priority Mail at a flat rate of $5.00 USD. Orders $50 and over qualify for our Free Shipping offer. Free shipping is only applicable for orders placed in the United States. Additional international shipping rates apply.

Our hours of operations are 9:00AM - 5:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday. We do not ship during the weekends and/or federal holidays.

Shipping (Domestic and International).

We ship to most 50 United States, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S Virgin Islands, APO and FPO addresses with exceptions to Utah, New Jersey, New York, Arkansas, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Montana, Rhode Island, and Vermont at this time.

For international customers, please ensure your country's customs and import laws DO NOT prohibit electronic cigarette products. We are not responsible for any orders seized by authorities. In addition, shipping costs to seized orders will not be refunded. If an order is returned to us, a refund will be issued based on the order cost minus the shipping costs. If an order is seized without any way of the order returning to us, we can not issue a refund for the order.

Please note that international shipping times may vary depending on your country. Please allow up to 45 days to receive your order. We will provide tracking upon fulfillment of order so please note that it will be your, the buyer's, responsibility to check if the order is held in custom's or refused by your local law enforcement.

Because we use USPS Priority International for all our international shipments, tracking may not update once it leaves the US. Please contact your local post office for any updates.

Notes: All tracking numbers will be sent via email once orders have been processed and shipped. All orders will be shipped to the address listed during checkout. Please double check your address as we will not be held responsible if the address is incorrect. Any orders with an incorrect address that are returned will require additional fees to reship. There will be a flat rate fee of $5 for domestic shipments and $25 for international shipments. We will not be held responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen packages.
