Our Products Do Not Contain Nicotine in the USA
On Feb. 25, 2021, 7 Daze received a Premarket Tobacco Product Application (PMTA) Filing Letter from the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for its lineup of Reds Apple e-liquid products.
7 Daze initially received its Acceptance Letter on Jan. 10, 2021, and having received a Filing Letter, our application has now fulfilled the first two steps of the PMTA process. 7 Daze now moves to the third and final step, known as the "Substantive" or "Scientific Review" phase to determine if marketing 7 Daze products is appropriate for the protection of public health, and if so, can receive an order for the introduction into interstate commerce.
At 7 Daze, it is our goal to always exceed expectations with not only our valued customers, but also with all federal, state, and local legislation in order to restrict underage access to our products. With countless hours of hard work these past couple years, we're very optimistic about our PMTAs and the future of the vaping industry.
